The Conceptual Principles of "Business Development" as Specific Form for the Restructuring of SME in Russia

Abstract

This article describes "business development" techniques as the form of management of the restructuring of problematic small and intermediate enterprise businesses in Russia. This leads to the formation of competitive successfully active enterprises, taking into account market needs through the modernization of basic production assets, redemptions of real estate leases, the sale of non-essential assets, and so on.
