Marat Ressin has led an incredible 20+ year career as an internationally successful businessman in business and real estate development. Having completed his PhD in Economics with a specialization in small business crisis management, Marat Ressin has extensive expertise in growing small businesses that attract investment and has successfully reinvented and rehabilitated over 30 businesses from a variety of industries. Marat personally believes in the importance of social impact and has volunteered his knowledge to many not-for-profit organizations to help them become more efficient and achieve their goals.

Oleg Amurjuev has incredibly varied experiences and background in senior management within the high-tech industry (computer hardware and software), management consulting, teaching and mentoring. Oleg Amurjuev's personal mission is to make entrepreneurs and managers of start-up and early-stage companies knowledgeable about the most efficient processes for turning an idea into a successful business, be it the development of the commercialization strategy, corporate structure creation, or raising venture capital. He is a part-time Instructor and Facilitator at the Schulich Executive Education Centre, focusing on corporate governance, business planning and technology commercialization.

After a stellar 25-year career as a marketing practitioner with Esso Petroleum, UOP Inc. then rising to the position of executive vice-president and board of directors member of J. Walter Thompson (JWT) worldwide and president/CEO of JWT Japan, Alan left to complete his PhD at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he is currently on the faculty. He has also taught at Rutgers Graduate School of Business in the US and at business schools in Argentina, China, Russia and Thailand. In September 2001 he took over as executive director of the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC), which trains more than 16,000 managers and executives domestically and internationally.

Aleksey Bolvachev, Doctor of Economics, Professor for the Faculty of Finance of one of the biggest Russian universities – Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

He is the author and co-author of 5 books and about 100 scientific articles on economic topics, including in those published in the indexed foreign journals. The results of many research work in the financial analysis and modelling applied to various business ventures, improvement of the methodological analysis, modelling and forecasting of socio-economic process accomplished under his supervision and management, have successfully implemented in practice of the largest Russian public health services, construction, power industry.

Has 11 years of the experience in control and supervision of the Russian financial market being a member of the Federal Service for Financial Markets and is recognized in Russia as a highly respected expert in the corporate governance area.

Member of the Expert Council on significant market deviations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Member of the Board of Directors of the "Clearing Center of the Moscow Stock Exchange".

Chairman of the Public Chamber under the Committee for Prices and Tariffs of the Government of the Moscow Region.
